Building a New pc (Production + gaming pc)

Hi everyone, i am just building a new pc and i am bit confuse with the ram let me tell you about my configuration i got i5 6400 with asus h170 pro gaming with 8gb ripjaws v series + 2tb sata hdd segate + gtx 970 strix asus, i am building a gaming + production pc, so i am new in hardware stuffs, i am going to increase ram 8gb x 4 = 32gb gskill ripjaws v series, Could anyone give me advise on how much crosair power supply i should use with this configuration, or any suggestion regarding to the hardware so i can make some changes?

well right now, it is not build completely because i was confused about increase ram and getting new stuff installed in it and it is not more than a month so..

i just have one ram right now
let me list it again
i5 6400
asus h170 pro gaming
asus strix 970gtx
ripjaws 8 gb v series
segate 2tb hdd

and
i still have budget of
300$

and is it better to use ram 8gb x4 on this config?
