Is there any compatibility issues between these parts?

I recently bought some new parts to make a new pc, and I used some of my old parts as well. I put it all together, but it won't start. I'm trying to see whether its a wiring issue or a compatible issue. Is there any compatibility issues between these parts?

Parts from OLD PC
i5 2400
Western Digital Green HD-1000

New Parts
ASRock H61M-DP3/ASM LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

HyperX FURY 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model HX318C10F/8
(ik the ram is much faster than my CPU and MOBO won't support the speed, but I figure it will down-clock it?)

RAIDMAX Viper II ATX-A07WBU Black/Blue Steel / Plastic ATX Tower Computer Case
(Worried that I may have plugged in the pins wrong to the mobo, but it doesn't really say specifically where and how, so its a guess and test really.)

EVGA 600 B1 100-B1-0600-KR 80+ BRONZE 600W Includes FREE Power On Self Tester Power Supply

I also have a Nvidia 650, but I don't see a problem with this.

Is there anything that could be affecting me? Any help would be appreciated!

Everything is compatible. Are you getting any types of errors? Do you have a speaker attached to the motherboard? (Not through the audio jack port put a physical speaker attached to the board) If so, is it beeping? Are any fans turning on? Do you see any lights?

Oh I may have not said this. It won't start at all. Nothing turns on.
No lights, no sounds (i dont have a speaker to use)
