So my friend and I were building his PC and setting everything up. We bought all of the parts new and I have almost the same parts in my current computer. We have run into trouble when turning the computer on. The fans start up, the lights come on on the motherboard and the cpu cooler and Gpu, but the computer is not POSTing. Now i did not help him plug in all of the parts but he has assured me he followed the correct steps. Any ideas on how to make this computer post to BIOS?
