Cooler Master Evo 212x will be good for 6600k?
How much is the stable clock for 6600k with 212x?
Or should i go for liquid cooling?
I dont have any experience will AIO Liquid Cooling . Please suggest me some.
Thanks

Solution
Depends on your budget and case.
Generally low to midrange air coolers will outperform most AIO coolers. Only a few quality AIOs are worth it, especially some open loops.

I personally dont recommend an expensive water cooler for an i5. You wont gain nearly enough performance from overclocking to warrant the cost of the cooler.

the Evo 212 is a good cooler for it's price
but there are certainly way better ones^^

a short list:

Noctua NH-D14 / NH-D15
Cryorig H5 / R1
Thermalright Macho / HR 02
Phanteks TC14PE

imho liquid cooling looks good and opens up some space but is more expensive and you gotta be comfortable with water circling through your system

Okay.
So i will be good with evo212x will moderate OC?
and how much is the price range for that good AIO ?

Any AiO that costs less than $120-150 will be outperformed by the $80 Noctua D15, and even some more expensive AiO's will be outperformed by it.

A 212 EVO will probably be able to max out your i5 with safe voltage. Modern Intel CPUs don't produce very much heat.
