Building a new pc in INDIA(components are about 20% more expensive the in US) BUDGET =65000 INR=950US$
CPU =INTEL I5 6400(14000 inr)
GPU=NVIDIA ZOTAC GTX 1060 3gb(18000 inr)
MOBO=gigabyte GA-H110M S2 DDR4(5000 inr)
HDD=1TB WD BLUE(4000 inr)
MONITOR=LG 19M37A 18.5 inch (6000inr)1366×768(not 1080p..m fine without it just want my pc to last for 3to5 years giving 60fps thats all)
PSU= corsair cx600(6900 inr)
RAM=KINGSTON HYPER X 8 GB(1 STICK)(3000 inr)
CABINET=CIRCLE cc 830 professional.(4000 inr)
some additional stuff like KBM ETC not mentioned.OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT.THNX
 
Solution
1. your monitor is NOT good; at least 22" - 24" 1080p IPS panel is required to really benefit from your hardware; if you don't want 1080p, then you also don't need gtx 1060; any 10,000 card will do;

2. your RAM, generally two of 4 gb is better than 1 of 8 gb; they call it dual channel architecture or something

3. your PSU is too big for your wattage needs, any 400w - 430w bronze certified is good enough

4. i think i3 6100 is good enough, and i5, while good, is slightly high end for your build configuration
