So I was gonna get the i7-6700HQ, but if the 4720HQ is good with the 960m and can play Black Ops 3 and record (I prefer at least high settings) with either Elgato Software or OBS.
Would I be able to record 720p30 with a webcam and stream? Or would the 6700HQ do much better?
