Hi. i send my graphics card (amd r9 280x toxic) to check because its have a artifacts problems so if they will tell me that i need to rma it so could i transfer it to rx 480 8gb? Because they have pretty much the same price...

Will depend on the manufacturer mate.
I highly doubt they can replac it with another 280x.
I doubt you'll get a 480 though , more likely a 380 if they have stock .

I'm sure they have plenty of refurbished R9 280X in stock if they can't fix yours. You cannot expect them to offer you a free upgrade based on warrantying something. Maybe you'll get lucky but I would not be surprised if you are not.
