Hi Denizens of Tom's Hardware,

I've been searching various Classifieds to find a mid-range Gaming PC for my wife. The key factor was a rig with a Decent CPU so I could easily pawn my second hand components to her machine.

I found this at a value of Approximately $400 - $400 second hand.

*CPU: Core i5 4570 3.20 Ghz 4th Generation (3500).
*RAM: 12GB Gaming RAM DDR3 1600Mhz (1200).
*GPU: MSI TwinFan GTX750 1GB Overclock Edition (1500).
*PSU: 730W Raidmax Power Supply (1000)
*HDD: 500GB 7200 rpm OS Drive (500).
*CASE: Transformer Case - Midi Tower (500).
*OPTICAL: LG x24 DVD Drive (250).
*MB: Asus Z97-K (3000). One PCI Port is broken. (I do not know which PCI slot ATM)
*OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
*Fans: 2x120mm (HDD) Fans and 1x90mm Exhaust Fan (200)

Is this rig worth that much and is the broken PCI port a sign for a larger problem?

Solution
Highly recommend against buying something with a broken part on the motherboard. Yes that very well could be the beginning of problems with it. You should pass on this one (the PSU it has is garbage too).
