So I've been trying to put my graphics card (
Sapphire Radeon R9 380 2GB GDDR5 HDMI / DVI-I / DUAL MINI DP ITX COMPACT OC Version (UEFI) PCI-E Graphics Card 11242-00-20G) into my motherboard which came from a store bought computer so I've been having difficulties getting it to fit all the way into the PCI slot and I know the model number of the MB is ASUS F2A55-M/M11BB/OP_MB. So I just want to know what is preventing it from going all the way in.

Solution
It might be the metal bracket at the back of the card that is not lined up right with the slot in the case that it falls into. I've had that happen a few times. Takes some playing around. Usually I have to press in a bit on the metal tab that hangs down to make it slip into the case's slot.
