or

The better kit will work in your laptop and will be supported.
Go to the respective web sites and access their ram update app.
Enter your laptop make/model and you will get a list of supported kits.

As a figure of merit, divide the speed by the cas number. Higher is better.
On that basis, the g.skil kit will be better, but your laptop needs to support the ram.
