What fps for this build?

My PC build contains some decent parts and i was wondering if all of it was compatible and what kind of fps i would be looking at with games like RUST ARMA 3 BF1 (when its comes out and ive heard it has the same fps rate as battlefront) and other games like this and newer games.

so here is the build:
Case and things dont matter because i know it all fits
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming, 4GB
Motherboard: memphis2-S
Power supply:Antec VP 500W Power Supply
Ram: 16GB
CPU: I7 6700K
Moniter: 28 Inch 4K asus moniter

And here is the other build im thinking of.

Case and things dont matter because i know it all fits
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 470 GAMING X 4G, 4GB
Motherboard: memphis2-S
Power supply:Antec VP 500W Power Supply
Ram: 16GB

If you guys see anything wrong or more info on the build let me know

Unfortunately, neither of those two cards are going to work very well at 4k, at least on high/ultra settings. Medium or lower I would guess you should see 35 to 50 FPS depending on the game. The 470 would be the better pick of the two. What model HP did the motherboard come from?

Sorry i explained it wrong I only want to run games in 1080p i only have a 4K moniter and im not going to run games at 4K

So could you give me a average FPS on games like rust and what graphics card out of the 960 and the RX 470
