I'll try and keep it short.
-Got a free no rating PSU from Amazon.
-Quickly bought a Corsair CX430M because my friend warned me. Plus Corsair is a pretty well known brand.
-Started overclocking my FX6300 processor to 4.6GHz. Yeah, not the best idea.
-Upgraded to a Xeon E5 2560 which cant overclock and looks like it's at 1.1V max. I think this is pretty low voltage. Compared to the 1.46V on my FX processor at least.

Anyway my graphics card is a GTX750 that drains 55W max, no overclocks on that. Do I really need to spend the extra money to buy a better PSU since I saw a bunch of people say CX series PSUs are bad and EVGA are gods for cheap PSUs, or can I live with this PSU for now? PCPartPicker said my system pulls about 310W max on full load but I doubt I'm going to have both my Xeon and GPU at full load at the same time. 430W seems fair for 310W system.

The Corsair CX series psus are not known for having a very good reliability, but I don't see any reason to rush out and buy a new one. Just don't expect the CS430 to last forever. It will probably die quietly without harming the other components.
