Best Intel I3 Haswell CPU?

What is the best 130 dollar Intel I3 Haswell CPU to pair with my R9 380x, i got a Phenom II X4 945 in it at the moment and i have not gotten a bottleneck yet, If my GPU is at 100 my cpu is from 75-85 percent on average and 70-90 on cores. Looks like the 4170 is the highest clocked model you can get for under $130.

I only got 200 max i hope i get to do some hours at my job though and hopefully i can, also thats compatible with my MOBO and 8GB DDR3 @ 1.5V? (200 for the MOBO and CPU)

yes it a drop in part for any 1150 pin mb. intel ddr 3 cpu 1.5v ddr3 ram.

If you want higher frames then a GPU upgrade makes more sense, but then you'll also need a CPU upgrade to avoid bottlenecking. Haswell is on a dead socket, so don't expect much of an upgrade path.

Sure, your CPU is weaker, but it does what you need it to. In my opinion, you're better off saving your money and going for Skylake rather than Haswell.

Yes but thing with that is i only got DDR3 ram at 1.5V and Skylake is DDR4

I know, that's why I suggested you save your money. There's on point investing in the Haswell line now, especially when you don't need to upgrade.

Save some more money and get a Skylake build later. You'll have the latest architecture and be on an upgrade path.

the 6100 also can only use DDR3L or DDR4 cant use 1.5V DDR3. Atleast by what i heard.

There is literally no point in the 4160 existing if the 4170 is the same price.

Also the i3 6100 is Skylake. 4xxx CPUs are Haswell, 6xxx CPUs are Skylake.
