'best' is subjective - what standard are you looking for? What does your router support? A? G? N? AC?

What's your budget?

I assume you're asking for a mini PCI card? Personally, I wouldn't bother with than given their price (new, at least).
USB dongles are easier, cheaper (generally) and don't require you to open up a laptop.
