Hi guys, I'm getting a laptop soon, and right now, I'm stuck between these two:

If you guys do have a better laptop (the same price or cheaper than those two above) that you could recommend to me, please do (and please only use New Zealand websites and NZD, as I do live in New Zealand xP)! Thanks :)

From a design age standpoint the Y70 is a bit older

Bascically these two laptops only differ in processor generation.The Y70 uses the older haswell processor.The otherone,coupled with the faster ddr4 it supports is slightly better.

Honestly,the difference in gaming is only around 2-5 fps i think so you should just go for the one you like .

From a geek standpoint the y70 is slower
