My build:

CPU: i7 6700k 4.0ghz

GPU: Geforce GTX 1070 Asus strix rog

RAM: 2x8 hyperX Fury 2400mhz

Motherboard: MSI Z170 Krait Gaming / 3x (maybe 3x)

Power supply: Corsair 600w modular 80+ bronze

This is the main things in my build.
tell me if the power supply good enough for it? or i should look for something else?

Are they high refresh rate though?
You'll want a 1440p 144hz monitor with your budget imo.
Here's what I've put together with high end components in your price range.
It's not quite enough to go 1080 SLI without pushing you $100 over budget, so I've just gone for a good single card build.
Allows for SLI 1080s in the future.
I can make it better value however if you don't have a 144hz monitor. ;)
