Memory installation guide needed

Dear all,

I am planning to build a workstation for rendering soon. I am not quite sure if I understand how to install memory on my MB to maximize its performance. Here is the combo:

1) Motherboard: Supermicro X10DRi-T
2) CPU: Dual E5 - 2683 v3

I want to install 64GB of memory (32GB per CPU). Can you advise below so that I can get the maximum performance of the system:

1) How many sticks of memory I should purchase?
2) Which slots should I install?

Below is what manual shows:
CPU# corresponding DIMM modules
CPU 1 P1A1, P1B1, P1C1, P1D1 P1A2, P1B2, P1C2, P1D2
CPU 2 P2A1, P2B1, P2C1, P2D1 P2A2, P2B2, P2C2, P2D2

I don't see the same as you see if I lok at the online manual here: http://www.supermicro.com/manuals/motherboard/C606_602/MNL-1491.pdf

The Blue and Black memory slots represents two discrete banks of RAM, usually. In that case you should populate one of the banks equally on both CPUS. I'd suspect you can do that best with 8 sticks of *GB RAM> Make sure you buy a kit, since sometimes memory timings are crucial and manufacturers take care to match all the sticks in a kit.

From the manual and the mobo layout, you would then populate the 8 sticks in slots

CPU1: A1, B1, C1, D1 (all blue slots)
CPU2: E1, F1, G1, H1 (all blue slots)

Stll need some advice now ... I have populated just two of the four blue slots for each CPU. Will I be at disadvantage of maxmizing the RAM performance? Should I populate all the 8 blue slots?
