Hi, I'm planning to buy Fujitsu Esprimo E7935, because i need some SFF computer. I was planning to upgrade the CPU to Q6600 and get some dedicated GPU, something like GTX 750 ti, do you think that it's possible to do that in that case, will it fit ? Or do I have to get some low profile GPU like Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti Ultra Durable ?

You will need to low profile card, there is no way to fit a full size card in a SFF. As for which low profile card, the 750ti is the most powerful you will get. There are a few different low profile 750ti cards, probably the MSI is the best value http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127836
This card will come fitted with a full size bracket, you will need to remove it and put on the small bracket/s that come with it.
