I've Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H motherboard and earlier it was having Transcend DDR3 1333 MHz RAMs of 2x2GB fitted in DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 slots (1st and 3rd slots) for dual channel operation. Now I bought Transcend DDR3 1333 MHz RAMs of 2x4GB. So when fitted 4 GB RAMs in DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 slots (1st and 3rd slots) and 2 GB RAMs in DDR3_3 and DDR3_4 slots (2nd and 4th slots), PC doesn't starts. There is no beep and it continuosly keeps rebooting.

When changed the slots so as to add 4 GB RAMs to DDR3_1 and DDR3_3 slots (1st and 2nd slots) and 2 GB RAMs to DDR3_2 and DDR3_4 slots (3rd and 4th slots), PC is getting started. But after few minutes, PC reboots automatically.

Please advice how do I fix reboot problem and have dual channel mode enabled?

Solution
That is the RAM compatible problem.
You can try to use either set of the RAM you had only, boot into the BIOS to set up the XMP profile in the memory section. Save and exit.
Install other set of the RAM, boot the PC, that may solve the problem, because when you mixed the two different sets of memory, you have 50/50 chance to get the problem like this.
Or go into the bios manually set the RAM timing and voltage to try. Or just use the 2X4GB, because 8GB will be more than enough for daily usage.
