Good day guys. I have a minor issue that if I turn off my PC abnormally, and then turn on, the BIOS always said "AI Overclock failed, Press ...." even that I didn't overclock.

Here is the component:
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2679v4 (20 cores 40 threads)
Motherboard: Asus Rampage V Extreme and Rampage V Edition 10 (Issue is same)
Memory: Corsair Dominator 3200MHz 16G * 8 (Without overclocking, run under default, 2133MHz)
Graphic: nVidia GTX 1080 2-way SLI
Power Supply: Corsair AX1500i

This situation only happens when I turned off the PC abnormally. But I wonder whether there is a problem with this CPU, due to if I used a i7-6950x, this issue disappear. I know that Xeon cannot be overclocked. But I don't know whether there is some overclock config in default configuration of RVE motherboard and applied.

And additional, if I configured the overclock from Auto to Manual and configured the BCLK of CPU to 100.0MHz, and choose 6ohm, LC etc, only to fix the FSB to 100.0 Mhz of Xeon E5, also this info will show. But actually, fixed the BCLK to 100 is not overclocking.

Any suggestion or how to fix?

Thanks.

I noticed there a lot of little switches on the motherboard, is one of them an overclock one that you have switched on all the time?

I had issue on my gigabyte SOCx motherboard.
