Im buying new pc and i was wondering is it worth getting 2 gtx 1080. I saw some game tesings on youtube and in some games it barely improves fps. By the way i live in serbia , i was originaly going for 980ti sli but i can't get 980ti in serbia anymore so for stronger gpu i have to choose between 1080, 1070, 980 or 970.

The games that got minimal improvements likely don't actually support SLI. Anyways here you have a choice. You can either invest in GTX 1080 SLI and get much better performance in games with proper SLI support but only single 1080 performance in those that don't, or buy a Titan XP (Pascal Titan X) and not have to worry about SLI, albeit with lower performance than a couple of 1080s.

Nvidia is likely to release a GTX 1080 Ti at some point too which would still be cheaper than a Titan X while having about the same game performance.
