FX 8300+R7 240 2gb ddr3 version bottleneck?

I will buy a new pc without graphic card because my budget is not that high,so I need to know will this cpu bottleneck this gpu?

No it will not bottleneck that gpu. Those are some horrible components though. Is your PC for gaming? The i3 6100 is better and cheaper than the FX 8300. If your PC is for gaming get a G3258 build with an RX 460. Should be the same price and will have more than 2x the performance.

Do you already own the FX 8300? If so, dont get a new processor, get an RX 460 or GTX 950.
