I wouldn't think so.
Looks like the board in there is the "Sony Assy V092 MBX-246", but I can't find specifics.
You'd need:
1. An available PCIe slot
2. Sufficient power
3. Sufficient room to install & airflow to cool
4. A BIOS that supports it.
All things considered, I'd say no - there are no GPU upgrades available.
All-in-ones, generally speaking can upgrade the HDD/SSD (or add a second by removing the optical drive) and increase RAM (if not already maxed out). That's it.
