Hello,

It has been quite a time, around 1 year that i have been facing this issue. First i'll let you guys know what is my rig made of.

Dell S2240L,Intel i5, 8 GB Ram Kingston, 1 TB Segate Storage, Nvidia GE Force GT 640 (Galaxy Series), One UPS and two small speakers.

I don't have any HDMI or any special cable if it is the issue.

ISSUE: The problem is the monitor keeps on going black randomly. Sometimes it goes black and recovers, The message coming "Kernel Mode Recovery..." and most of the times fails to recover, the message being "Entering Power Save Mode" on a complete black background.
The only fix to this is a forced restart. Nothing else works. The CPU keeps on working. Please help me out with this issue. I guess the person who came for installing the PC has done something wrong.
The driver tray shows a stop icon on Ge Force GT 640. There is a wire left in the graphic driver box. Let me know the fix and i'll be grateful.
