CPU: i5-6600
Motherboard: Msi B150 Bazooka
RAM: Corsair vengeance 16gb (2x8gb)
PSU: EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W
Video card: MSI GTX 970

Hello, this is my first time buildin a pc so i asked a friend to do it for me (while i watch), when installing the CPU he realized that he forgot Thermal Paste (i didn't know you have to put that on the CPU) so he said "it's ok you buy some later" and then installed de CPU and stock cooler whithout it.

The pc booted, we installed windows and drivers etc, all worked fine, then we installed some games to test and it worked for like 10 min and we stopped.

Next day while trying to play, after some time (15min or so) the games started to shutter i though it was a drivers problem but then noticed the CPU was almost on 100% load and around 90C so i turned it off and bought some thermal paste and called my friend to install it (i noticed he had some troble removing and installing the stock cooler).

After puting the paste and installing the cooler we turned it on and the pc won't boot and the Motherboard has a solid red light on CPU.

We removed RAM, the MOBO battery, Graphics card, Cleaned the CPU and reinstalled, and stil the CPU red light and no boot.

The pc worked fine for 2 days if the mobo had bend pins it would have not started in the beginning.
