Is the GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2H sufficient for the i5-6600k and the gtx 970 strix?

I've been looking to get a computer made with the GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2H motherboard, however, was wondering whether it could sustain the i5-6600k and the ASUS GTX 970 strix.
Also, a Corsair VS Series VS650 would be plentiful to suffice the needs of this computer build, right?

Solution
look it's like when buying a car.
you can get some chinese brand car that got 150HP or you can get a nice BMW with 150HP
both advertise on 150HP
but HP ain't everything.

the BMW will use higher quality parts, will be of a higher build quality, will have better accelaration & breaks and will have all the saftey standards you need while the cheaper chinese car won't

it's the same here.
the RMx will bring the advertised wattage @ the 12V rail, which is what matters
it uses higher quality parts that ensure that the PSU will run for many years to come even if it gets hotter inside your case
it ensures that if - god forbid - something goes wrong when you OC or something goes wrong in your electrical circuit due to thunder and poor...
Absolutely horrible build...

1) The 6600K NEEDS a Z170 board for overclocking, if you don't have Z170 then you shouldn't bother with the 6600k!
2) NEVER , NEVER, never buy the VS line from corsair. 550W is enough for that, so just get a Seasonic G 550 or EVGA G2 550, they are cheap and highly recommended
3) Don't bother with the 970 unless you can find it for ~$200. The 1060 is faster and costs only $250 (street price)

6600k --> Z170 board
6600 --> I'd personally go with at least a B150 board. I never quite understood putting a highend CPU on the cheapest board you can find
also the VS series by Corsair is garbage. get at least the NEW CXM (the one without green letters), even better a RMx/RMi/Hx/Ax series (if you wanna stay with Corsair), a nice Seasonic or XFX unit at ~500W

it's a low quality PSU that isn't fit for high loads or should even be considered for an i5-6600k
you run the risk of an unstable system, part failure or worse

when getting an i5-6600k with a Z170 board you really should be getting a Hx/Ax/Rmx/Rmi
generally when on a budget, Evga Supernova Gs/G2/P2 are cheaper at the same quality
also XFX TS / fully wired & Seasonic units as the Seasonic G or the S12II/M12II come significantly cheaper when available than the Corsair PSUs at a high quality

1) If you are in the US, right now the EVGA G2 and Seasonic G 550W are much cheaper than the RM550x
2) If you want your computer to last more than a month you'll get the better unit

but as basroil said, high quality Corsair PSU don't come cheap, EVGA, Seasonic & XFX are probably your best deal.
I'm using my XFX PSU for many years now without any problems

Solution

I know, that's what I bought one ;)
they use a different fan though and seem to be a bit quieter than the S12IIs from what I've heard
