Cryorig H7 or Lepa Arquacharger 120 liquid cooler? Both around $40.

Cooling for i7 6700k, not much OC.
Good Air flow in case since my graphic card is turbo.

Both are very close I would imagine, I've used the H7 and the Aquachanger 240 on a varierty of rigs and the 240 is better, the 120 is prob about equal
