gpu fails when starting play csgo

win 7 professional 64 bit
psu 400w
mb intel dq45cb
8gb ram
cpu intel core 2 duo 3.00ghz per core
gpu nvidia geforce gt 610 ddr2 1gb 64bit
on 32 bit windows no problems with gpu but it runs realy slow...
before had nvidia geforce 210 with ddr3 512mb vram
problem is green or pixelated screen on starting csgo match after that screen turns off ....
wht can be cause of this issue and how to fix it? driver updates not fixing it...
game ready driver makes ewerything worse becose its not working for me for some reasons...

Remove the older drivers and installed the new one?

Can you still return it? I don't mean to sound like an ass but that's such a POS gpu. That's like a $50 gpu. Can you buy a used 650ti or even a 750ti? It would be like night and day.

tried lot off diferent drivers game ready drivers not working as needed ... yes i still can return it i think
problem is tha its not working in game with 64bit windows but with 32 bit windows i have lot off lag.... and it was 30$ gpu :D

Something that old I wouldn't try to push anything more than 720 or 900p resolution. Weak cpu and gpu... 2gb vram is more than you'll need.

i think so i have stock driver from original disc and its vorking the best for me right now... but with errors in game so sad....
bdw i can still play game with extremaly low setings but that is not reason i bought new video card...

yeah its old and only thing i want righ now is playing cs:go at medium setings maybe will use my old gpu for some time becose it works way better... becose i can play csgo with it...
