This started to happen months ago, at first i thought my gpu was dying so i got anew one to replace it but it did nothing. The problem occurs whenever i start doing anything on my computer, when im 100% compleatly idle (not even touvhing mouse) after a while the temperature stays constant around 30-40 degrees but as soon as i start opening stuff or play a game the cpu temperature rises to 42 then as soon as it hits 42 is quickly drops down to 30. This causes fps lag in may games i play rendering them almost unplayable at times
