uhmmm my question was if the mobo and CPU work together. thanks.
Yes they will work together. But if you don't buy the Fx3820e yet, check out the list. I add the parts for i3/mb/ram. Note the RAM will run at 2133mhz only.
The fx 8320e/MB/RAM will be over $200, you save little bit $ but get better performance. why not? but it is up to you.

For gaming I would buy a i3 6100 before that AMD processor, leave off the CPU cooler, thermal paste, and buy a better quality power supply. That at least would give you a future upgrade path and better gaming performance.
1+, if you don't buy the amd cpu yet, also buy the rx460.

A good example of the performance difference in fallout 4. http://www.techspot.com/review/1089-fallout-4-benchmarks/page5.html
Or pick any game and look at the i3 vs even the much higher clocked FX 8350.

Sample build get you much better performance with the RX 470 video card, should be in the same price range since your build is depending on a bunch of rebates. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/2TghkT
Power supply the price is wrong on PCpicker. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B72VXE6/?tag=pcpapi-20
The power draw is also wrong because they have the video card at 225 Watts it's less than 150 putting the PC draw under 300 watts.
