i5 6600k running hot?

I have an i5 6600k, ASUS Z170-A motherboard, and a Cryorig H7 cooler. After running Prime95 and watching temps with RealTemp I'm seeing temps clear up to 80C. With a program called Speccy I'm seeing temps in the low 70's. I'm overclocked to 4.5GHz and core voltages are at 1.280. This seems a little warm to me. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong or are these temps acceptable?

I would evaluate your overclocked load temps vs. your stock load temps. Always remember that when you overclock, you change your CPU TDP and therefore you will run hotter at load due to increased voltage per clock cycle. Your only alternatives are to find a lower voltage that is stable for the clock speeds or to lower both clock speed and voltage.

For what I have read on some forums, Prime95 really stresses the CPU, and some people have got even 95 degrees. I'd would say they are normal, 70 is a bit better. What are your idle temps?

I don't know a lot about overclocking, but it increases temps for sure, so I'd say those are normal. No need to worry :)
If you use it for gaming, you shouldnt be getting more than 70 degrees tho, unless cpu is stressed.
