Yeah, try to get a better quality PSU without reducing the wattage that much, maybe a 500w one, there are some good ones for around 40 bucks or less. And you can also upgrade the CPU as he said, maybe get an i3, work better in the future? But, it's your choice.

Yeah, everything is compatible, the PSU is a bit overkill, however if you dont want to upgrade it in the future when you upgrade your hardware it's not a bad idea to keep it. Maybe you can get a better quality one, but in general, everything is ok :)
 
Everything is compatible, I would HIGHLY suggest putting a little more money into a better cpu. That Pentium is weak and is will bottleneck, it is even bellow minimum spec for some games.

Also agree on better quality, lower wattage PSU.
If nothing else an Antec VP450 would be enough voltage and be better quality then what you have.
