That PC will be a beast... There's no problems I see other than maybe a different Mobo because the kraits had bad reviews last socket but I haven't looked into them for this new chipset. Some may say a smaller PSU but I'd keep it in case you ever want to SLI

Cores and GHz mean nothing due to the poor IPC (instructions per clock) of the AM3+ CPUs.

I did check yours out and I'm gonna compare and stuff later on my list. I'm not sure if I'm gonna overclock or not, maybe not. I want to be able to run high and ultra and be able to record and edit videos with it is my main use

PSU is absolute overkill, but otherwise it's a very nice build. You can easily use a 500W and be fine for a single graphics card.
