My computer will startup almost normally with the exception of LEDs on kbm not lighting (like it is unplugged) but after the average time it takes to boot before windows starts the screen will shut off briefly then the same boot screen will reappear with a very buggy almost lagging loading symbol. Any help is appreciated no new hardware randomly shut down in the middle of a non intensive game.
