Can i use all the ram slot in this Asus B150M-A D3

Hi,
Currently i am using 2x2 ddr3 ram on this mobo, with an i3-6100. i planned to change to ddr3l because of skylake. this motherboard have 4 ddr3/ddr3l ram slot, so i was thinking that is it possible to utilise all the slots in this mobo, (will it startup succesfully or not and etc). Answers are much appreciated, Thanks ><

i cant really understand these kits thing, what i get from your answer is, fill up all ram slot even with the same part number, same kind of ram may not really work out, 1 single pc of ram is guaranteed to work. am i right? thanks for replying ><
