I made the post you responded to earlier. Made this separate post for the monitor.

RX 480 8GB (just bought it)

Kinda looking to stay under maybe 500-550 total, maybe go up to 600 max if it is an a big jump, but would rather no. My preference is 27 inch, 1080p is fine I think for the card I have. And my wife says they both must be the same model (my old monitors are 2 different models... drives her nuts)

you read my mind. I had this monitor in my cart debating(The viewsonic monitor). Hit purchase when you confirmed what I was already thinking. Went about 100 over what I was hoping, but I decided that it was stupid to limit my monitor purchase and be cheap when all the money in my hardware is worthless if the screen can't show it.

Thank you for the advice.
