compatibality of ram for motherboard

I know mobo supports 2133 and ram is 2400, but ram will downclock to 2133 with this mobo i think so.
hyperX and vengeance lpx are for same price so i thought i should pick this up due to color
alos i am buying seasonic s12ii 620 over 550 due to dame price tag

Yes, that RAM will work and yes, it will run at standard DDR4 frequency and timings.

Usually you'd buy 2x4GB instead for dual channel mode, but given you only have 2 slots on that mobo I could understand why you'd want to keep one free for a future upgrade.

Yes, Ram can easily lower its clock speed. You should be fine.
