Game play running slow

Been playing a new theme park game all goes well until there is loads going and time to time the game judders and maybe my frames have dropped.
Settings are all high in the game setting.

My system

I7 4790k
GTX 770 4gb
16gb 1600ghz

I wouldn't recommend adding another 770, sli doesn't scale very well.
Your best options are
RX 470 ($200) (+50% performance over the 770)
GTX 1070 or 1080

Graphics card is likely your bottleneck, the 770 is pretty dated. What game exactly?

Planet coaster .
Don't get me wrong the card does me well but just started taking its toll when loads was going one.

So what is the best upgrade too ? 1070
Or do I buy another 770 and do SLI ?
Do you think I should put more ram in ?
