rx 470 config

My Processor is fx 8120 and Motherboard 760gm

I am willing to get rx470 GPU ... with coolermaster 212x and antec VP500W ... how's this ... what additional change i need to do ?

I would think it should work out fine. A RX470 is about as fast of a GPU as I would get for your system so it should be a fairly balanced system. There will be some games that are cpu bound (just because they don't run well on current AMD cpus) but most should run quite nicely especially if you are overclocking and have the cpu running at 4.0Ghz or more..
