I have:
-High end CPU 3.3GHz 8-core AMD FX processor (forgot the numbers
)
-mid end graphics AMD Radeon R7 240 2Gb DDR3
-16 gigs of ram
-and good gigabyte motherboard
and i reinstalled cs go because i was getting some unknown error by steam.
When i ran it for the first time after reinstalling, and optimised setting for the best performance, v-sync is off, everything on minimal settings. And I am getting this like moving my mouse trough a mud lag. I am using standard PS/2 mouse, tried USB one, same thing. Tried twitching a setting a bit but no difference. Please help. I don't think this is a CPU problem because my cpu is one of the best (AMD's) cpu's on the market.
