Is the drive recognized by Disk Management and Device Manager and how?
Have you checked if the drive is recognized by another computer, that is not on Win 10? In case it is, all of this is most probably related to drivers. Anyway, it will not hurt to back up the data stored on the drive, until you sort this out.
Then, You can go to your MOBO's website and update all the drivers. After that, you can go to Device Manager, find the drive, right click and uninstall it, unplug the drive, reboot the system and plug it back in.
