Please help me!

Hello today I brought my self a i7-6700K I took out my i3-6100 and placed in the i7-6700K and my motherboard is an MSI carbon pro and it has ez debug and I have a solid cpu light and it powers on but no screen. I have tried placing i3 back into the pc to see if the i7 was the problem and it does the same thing please help

Usually installing a new processor requires clearing the CMOS. Remove the CMOS battery and press and hold the power button for 1min and reinstall the battery.
