I was playing attack on titan then both my monitors went black so I turned my computer off and opened it up. The 980ti fan isn't spinning so I tried my 970 and the same problem. I tried switching the pci slot and it didn't work. So what Im guessing the problem is something to do with the motherboard or the power supply, any ideas?
