So I cleaned my case today . Mostly cpu and gpu I did't even touch the hard drives or their cables. When I started my PC it said BOOTMGR is missing so I went to the bios and in the boot and I could only see removable device boot my dvd-rw rom and my other hard drive whitch I use for storage but not the one with windows on it. I tried different cables other sata power cable from the psu, different sata ports, reseted cmos but nothing. It wqs working fine before. Any suggestions? If it is broken what could have broke it.

Hey there, Ghost2609.

This a bit alarming actually. If the drive is possibly having issues, you should backup your important files (if you haven't done so already) right away. After that, download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool and test the drive for errors and bad sectors, to see what's the situation with it.
Trying it with different ports and cables as @dark_lord69 has suggested is not a bad idea, or simply reseating them in case you've dislodged them while cleaning the case.

Hope that helps. Please keep us posted.

If it's not being seen in the bios and you've tried different cables and different ports then the drive controller probably went bad. You could try putting that drive into a drive enclosure and connect it to a different computer but if the drive controller really is bad then it still wont work.
