Hello, my pc before upgrade:
AMD Phenom X4 B45
8GB RAM 1333
GTX 960
Asrock N68gc-fx
I have new mb asrock h61m-vg4 and i5-2500, another stick of 8GB ram. Ive installed a new mb, cpu and fan and got 3 beeps and no video. Tryied with every ram and with every slot, same. Tryied removing gpu and use onboard, same. Whats the problem ?

Hmm, then you should get a replacement of the board. 3 beeps indiacate RAM failure and you already have tried with one working stick of RAM so it's possible that the memoey slot is faulty.

So I read about your mobo and it turns out that it does have a problem with nvidia 900 series GPU's and the exact same problem. Also, on ASROCK's website http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61M-VG4/?cat=CPU it's written that i5 2500 is supported after the BIOS has been upgraded to P1.30 .
This is the latest BIOS for your mobo(P1.40) http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61M-VG4/?cat=Download&os=BIOS after flashing this you should be able to boot with that processor.
Do you have access to another processor which will help to update the BIOS? or you can go any shop and ask them to get it updated.
