Clone 2 laptops ssd windows 10 key problems ?

Hi!

I have bought a new laptop a few months ago. I make music with a friend and I want to give him the exact same laptop with a cloned ssd. Will there be problems with the keys from windows 10? How to solve this? What kind of clone program could I best use?

Yes there will problems with the license in a cloned system.

What exactly do you mean you want to give him the exact same laptop, as in you are going to buy him the same laptop as yours? If that's the case, you will need to change the license to match the other system. May be a lot easier to just setup the laptop the same way as yours manually and copy the data using an external drive or network.
