So, I am building my first computer and I have some doubts about the best psu and ups for my needs,
my computer specs:
Motherboard: Asrock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
Ram: 2x8gb 1600mhz cl9 G.Skill Ripjaws
SSD: Kingstom V300 240gb
HD: Seagate Barracuda Sata 1Tb 7200rpm
Processor: AMD FX 8350 4.0ghz
Webcam: Logitech C920
Mouse: Bloody Terminator TL8
Keyboard: just a normal keyboard with 3 leds color so far
Headset: Sony Pulse Wired
Cooler: 1x Hyper 212x and 2x 120mm, 1x 200mm blue led fans in the case
DVD-R: one from samsung
Monitors: 2 Monitors 1x 28 inch and 1x 21 inch

I plan to add a R9 390 8GB from xfx, it says the minimum psu is 750w
will a 750w psu be fine for my needs or do I need to search for a 850w?
plus 1600va ups is enough or too much for 2 monitors, internet modem and the computer?

any help will be welcome, thanks for reading till here ^-^

Admirable
With a 1600 it'll be just too much, you don't really need that.

Buy a 650W +80 Bronze or higher( Silver, Gold, etc.) and that will be plenty.
The +80 stands for at least 80% of efficiency, all PSUs don't deliver exactly what they advertise, they will always have some energy loss, but with that seal it assures the it'll work properly at that capacity. So, when you go buy your PSU check if it has the +80 seal. Those stated above probably does.

If you wanna know more check this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_Plus

Is this a computer you already have built or one you are planning on building.

Reason I ask is because at this point buying AMD Vishera is a waste, and that SSD is not good.

If you are looking at the Double Dissipation 390 then yes, you need a 750w PSU.
If you are looking at that card might I suggest a NVIDIA GTX 1060. It is within 10% of the same performance for much less and needs much less power to do it.
