Hi everyone,i got h170 pro gaming gskill ripjaws v 16gb, and i5-6400k and gtx 970 asus strix, could anyone give me good suggestions for PSU and the cabinet? and also is this enough to run high end pc games?

Solution
for serious video rendering, yes 16GB RAM will likely help. For casual use, 8GB is enough but with RAM as cheap as it is, 16GB is nice.

I agree, I'd be looking at a GTX1060 unless you're buying a GTX970 used (I've been seeing them in the $175 range). In that case, it's a better performer than the $200 RX480s. At 1080p, a GTX970 will pretty much be able to play max settings on most games (I could with mine). any higher resolution and you'll likely need to turn down the settings on the more demanding games. What specific motherboard are you using (size?) and are you looking for most expansion or smallest case? Cases are very subjective.

The EVGA PSU is a good suggestion- I use a EVGA supernova 750 P2 myself. I also had a Seasonic...

I also recommend an SSD for your OS and apps if you don't already have one.

for 1080p GTX1060, GTX970, and RX480 are all pretty good choices I think. For a case, it's just too subjective to give you much of a suggestion. it depends on too many factors like where you're going to put it, do you want a windows or not, more airflow, aluminum or steel, price, quiet...
