Hello guys,
I have a Core i7-4790K with Stock Cooler with Zotac GTX 750Ti running with 8gb of Ram.
Lately my pc has been rebooting VERY randomly !
I have formatted my PC once (windows 10)
Cleaned the graphics Driver several times - http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html
Installed the last known best gpu driver
Also shut down the windows update
but all of this did not help !
It still restarts randomly, without any warning
- At Idle
- During some basic softwares like sketch up and autocad
- While playing CS:GO
Now surprisingly while playing games like DOOM my pc does not restart !
So i installed "HWinfo" to get the temps of GPU and CPU
CPU Temps
During : IDLE - 35-40 (Crashed)
CS:GO - 35-99 !! (Crashed)
DOOM - 44-72 (No crash)
GPU temps remain well around 70.
I have no idea whats going on ! Please help someone !
I have uploaded the Log files to this link
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3dQ3D5ociIgblFLVG8xNzhGWEk
I have 3 case Fans and a Corsair VS 650 PSU
Save my pc from this !
Thank you.

Solution
The fact that I see your CPU hitting 99 degrees while playing CS:GO is troubling. Sounds like you might have a thermal stability problem or possibly a PSU problem. Anything over 95 degrees on your CPU could also lead to permanent damage and could explain your random crashes at lower temps / idle as well.

CS:GO - 35-99 !! (Crashed) ???

You mean 99 Celcius?

If your CPU reach that temp you have some serious cooling issues. Make sure that the heatsink is properly installed.

Update:
Made a chart with your logs, you are really hitting 99C. Check your heatsink and stop using your computer until you fix it.

Could you go through the drive link and check the log ?
I maybe misreading it

I must be reading them wrong.

Having a look through your logs and the time stamps, your CPU temperatures are fluctuating wildly from minute to minute. If I were you, reinstall your CPU cooler. Start by removing it and cleaning both the surface of the heatsink and the CPU heat spreader with 90% minimum isopropyl alcohol, ensuring there's no residue left behind.

Once clean and dry, get a good thermal compound and apply to the CPU surface and when reinstalling the CPU cooler, ensure you have good contact with the CPU surface and evenly tighten all the heatsink screws working diagonally, but don't over tighten.

When finished, run your CPU through a stress test and see if there's any improvement. If not, either your CPU cooler is garbage, or your processor is damaged.

Okay ill follow this procedure.
Do you think investing on some new cpu cooler later be helpful ? Was thinking of maybe Cooler Master EVO 212.
IF the cpu is not damaged.
Also my pc is still under warranty i believe, in this case would the cpu get replaced ?

Oh mahn, okay ill the procedure and update you.
do you think the cpu would get replaced if it is damaged ?

Unfortunately, your CPU likely wouldn't be replaced under those circumstances unless you bought a pre-assembled system and could prove that there was negligence on the part of the seller / store. If you assembled your system yourself, you would be on the hook for damage related to improper installation.

As for your question about whether a new CPU cooler would be helpful, it depends on what you currently have. If you're using the stock cooler, then yes, something like the EVO 212 would be a considerable improvement over stock. I hope for your sake that the CPU isn't damaged and temps are your only problem.

Good luck!

How can I check if the CPU has damaged/burnt ?

Sometimes you can smell that good ol' burnt smell coming from inside you system which would be a hint, but that's not always the case. The most definitive way to know would be the stress test once your fan / heatsink is reinstalled. If your cooler is installed properly, it should at the very least prevent the major throttling of temperatures that your crash logs show.

If the temperature is kept under control but your system still crashes, it's a good indication that something isn't right with your hardware.
