Guys I am going to make custom CPU ( will also buy a full HD monitor) and I would like to know if this build will be fine(I'll use my 1TB hard drive for storage and my peripherals from previous PC). There is no possibility for future upgrades ( only RAM might be possible) so I would like to know the best bang for buck build for me.
I made this build on PC Part Picker.

( Still can't fit a case in my budget, should i get the 1060 mini instead?)

Solution
This is the best I could do, and I still ended up having to sacrifice on the power supply.

You're probably better off going with an i3-6100/6300 to save money and getting a better power supply. You are going to want at least 500W and a better build than that one. Seasonic, XFX, EVGA B2/G2/GS, or something similar. You'll save a lot with the i3 and won't lose much if you're going for a gaming build.

I was thinking of getting a gtx 970 for 22.5k since I mostly play DOTA and CSGO and will not get into VR and stuff but it would be good to know that I can run whatever game I throw at it at 60 fps at high or medium settings. Also I am thinking of streaming and I do some Illustrator and After Effects work so will i3 be fine or i5 would be better?
